Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. As soon as tracking information becomes available, you will receive a second email with a tracking number and a link to the shipping service where you can track your package.


Shipping Costs

Polish Pottery Online delivers to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and APO/FPO addresses. FedEx Ground is our standard method of shipment to destinations within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. USPS delivers to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Charges are 15% of your order with a minimum of $9.95.
For mailings to Alaska, and Hawaii, please add $19.95.

APO/FPO and PO Box orders may be modified after your order confirmation to reflect a decrease or increase in charges for actual shipping and handling fees accessed at time of shipment.

Your Shopping Cart on the website will automatically determine the total shipping and handling fee for you at the very end of your order.

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from our east coast order fulfillment center within two to three business days after your order is placed. On holidays & other times where we may experience unusually high order volumes please allow extra time to process & ship out your order.

All continental United States addresses may track progress via the FedEx site. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped and can track your orders via FedEx tracking.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO boxes usually take 1-2 days longer to process. The postal system does not support package tracking, so you will not receive a tracking number when the item has been shipped.

Items ordered after 12PM Eastern Time Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.

In Transit Shipping Time: Standard Shipping takes 1-6 days once your order is shipped. Weekends & Holidays not counted in shipping time. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

Out of Stock Merchandise

We will contact you by e-mail if an item on your order is temporarily out of stock. At that time, you can choose to backorder the item and have us hold your order. We will ship your backordered item when it becomes available.

Our inventory fluctuates on an hourly basis. Orders are filled in the order they are received (first come first served). If you are concerned about the availability of an item, please Contact Us and we will be able to to find out if the product is on hand.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If you decide you still want the item, feel free to re-visit our website at a later date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any item from your order, as long as it has not yet entered into the shipping process.
If you wish to proceed with a cancellation request for an open order, please Contact Us and let us know how you would like to cancel your order. We will do our best to try and get your order changed or cancelled. You must provide us with your order number and you must use the email address that is on your order.
If we are unable to make the requested change or cancellation, the product may be returned to us per our Return Policy. Refunds will be given for product only. Please do not place an order if you are moving, or if you will not be there to accept the package, or any other questionable situation.

  Returns / Refunds

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing.

Notify us by e-mail at of your desire to make a return. Be sure to include your name and order number.

We will respond with a return authorization and the shipping address. Return packages must be sent pre-paid directly to the shipping address we provide you. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges when a return is authorized. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages during this return process. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS Insured Mail or Insured Parcel Post for shipment with delivery confirmation.
Once a return has been received and determined to be in good condition, we will refund the full price of the item(s) excluding shipping and handling. Full refunds may be issued only if the return is due to our error.
We will notify you via email of your refund amount.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of certain items including:

  • Any item more than 30 days after delivery

    Damages in shipping are rare.     Sales Tax

    We are required to charge 5% sales tax on all orders shipped to Massachusetts's addresses. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Massachusetts, USA.
