All Polish Pottery Online Gift Certificates are electronic and can only be delivered via e-mail. Gift Certificates are not taxed and there are no shipping charges for sending them. You may have them personalized and sent directly to the recipient, or you may have them sent to yourself, for you to present in person.

Purchasing Polish Pottery Online electronic gift certificates.

During the Checkout process, you will be prompted to enter the email address of your e-Certificate recipient, as well as your personal gift message. When you are finished, select "Continue" to proceed to the final checkout screen.

Once you have completed the Final Checkout, the recipient will be emailed your gift message, an e-Certificate serial number, and instructions for redeeming the certificate. Because our e-Certificates are processed over the Internet, the recipient must have an email address.

Redeeming Polish Pottery Online electronic gift certificates.

After you make your selections, go to your Shopping Cart and enter the Gift Certificate serial number you received via email. Select "Update Order" to subtract the dollar value of your Gift Certificate, or simply select "Proceed with Checkout" and the dollar value will automatically be subtracted.

If your Gift Certificate amount is greater than the amount of items ordered, the remainder will be credited to your account and automatically applied to future orders. This credit will not appear in the Shopping Cart Review page, but will be applied on the final review page of Checkout. Balances cannot be refunded by cash or check.
If your order is greater than the amount of the Gift Certificate, you will be asked to use a credit card for the remaining amount.

  • Gift Certificates can only be redeemed at PolishPotteryOnline.com.
  • Gift Certificates, and unused portions of gift certificates, are valid for one year from the date of purchase for future purchases using the same PolishPotteryOnline Gift Certificate authorization code.
  • Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, are not transferable to orders already placed, and cannot be redeemed for other Gift Certificates.
  • Gift certificates cannot be combined.
  • If the value of the Gift Certificate exceeds the total cost of the purchase, PolishPotteryOnline.com will hold the remaining value in your account for a period of up to one (1) year from the Gift Certificate's original issue date.
  • Sales tax will not be charged on the purchase of PolishPotteryOnline Gift Certificates. Sales tax, if applicable, will be charged on items purchased at PolishPotteryOnline.com using a Gift Certificate.
